MOVING TO CANADA IN 2008 SAM BEGAN WORKING IN THE RESTAURANT INDUSTRY AND NOW HAS A TOTAL OF 11 YEARS UNDER HER APRON!

SHE STUDIED CULINARY ART IN SWITZERLAND AND STARTED HER CAREER IN THE HOTEL INDUSTRY BEFORE WORKING HER WAY TO TORONTO. SOON AFTER BETTY STARTED HER OWN BUSINESS SELLING HANDMADE DUMPLINGS, CHILI OILS AND HOSTING POPUPS AROUND THE CITY.
AFTER MULTIPLE YEARS FULL OF SUCCESSFUL POPUPS, BETTY DECIDED TO SETTLE DOWN WITH A RESIDENCY AT MAHJONG BAR - WHERE HER LOVE OF TAIWANESE COOKING IS CELEBRATED, HAPPILY ENJOYED AND LOVED BY ALL.
