AFTER BUILDING A LOYAL FOLLOWING THROUGH HANDMADE DUMPLINGS, CHILI OILS, AND SOLD-OUT POP-UPS, SHE ESTABLISHED EATS BY BETTY AS A FULLY OPERATING RESTAURANT, WHERE SHE LED THE NIGHTTIME KITCHEN AND OVERSAW THE FOOD MENU.
AFTER YEARS OF BUILDING AND REFINING, BETTY FOLLOWED HER INSTINCTS ONCE MORE—THIS TIME TO BANGKOK, THAILAND.
